Sapna Nair is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor based in Carmel, CA, who works with individuals across the lifespan, with a focus on addictions, life transitions, and trauma. Many of her clients have found great success with their life transitions i.e., careers or academically, but struggle to feel connected in their relationships or at peace in their daily lives. Sapna works collaborative with her clients’ facing moments of transition in their lives and they are unable to manage their daily life stressor and find balance, calmness and peace which could lead to symptoms of anxiety, depression, and self-doubt can emerge.
Sapna’s approach is Eclectic where she can use the tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, or Brief Solution Focused therapy to help support her client’s as they navigate understanding their traumas, values, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and how they are all interconnected.
