Sapna Nair is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor based in Carmel, CA, who works with individuals across the lifespan, with a focus on addictions, life transitions, and trauma. Many of her clients have found great success with their life transitions i.e., careers or academically, but struggle to feel connected in their relationships or at peace in their daily lives. Sapna works collaborative with her clients’ facing moments of transition in their lives and they are unable to manage their daily life stressor and find balance, calmness and peace which could lead to symptoms of anxiety, depression, and self-doubt can emerge.

Sapna’s approach is Eclectic where she can use the tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, or Brief Solution Focused therapy to help support her client’s as they navigate understanding their traumas, values, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and how they are all interconnected. She works to help clients identify and understand their physical response to external stressors, and teaches them techniques to problem-solve, ground themselves, and regulate their emotions.

Sapna is focused on ensuring that her clients not only see progress but are able to heal and move forward to living their quality life. I am a Master Reiki Practioner and I have incorporated this alternative modality with my clients that are looking to do energy work and to rediscover their spiritual and soul self.
