Sara Bales has been a licensed clinical social worker in Texas since 2008 and converses with those from all walks of life. She is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Co-Occurring Disorder Professional Diplomate, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
If you feel stressed out, overwhelmed, or just need someone to talk to, Sara has created a compassionate, empathetic, non-judgmental safe place to share and is honored to be a part of your journey.
Sara leads impactful and life-changing therapy sessions around grief and trauma. Sara is EMDR trained and competent in CBT & DBT skills. She will do her best to give you the tools to help you on your journey.
