She graduated from Naropa University in Boulder, CO with her masters in Somatic Counseling Psychology (concentration in Body Psychotherapy.) Currently she is able to see Colorado clients through Telemental Health options and Pennsylvania clients in-person in West Chester, PA.
She teaches emotional awareness using the mind-body connection in both children and adults through the lens of Attachment Based Play Therapy™. Her approach lies in being fully human and continuing to find ways to love the parts that are challenging to love. She practices authenticity and has a willingness to see and move toward challenges, both in the therapeutic setting and in her everyday life.
She is honored to sit with people learning to see and accept all parts of themselves, even the parts that are labeled unlovable. Sara cultivates awareness of emotions held in the body and facilitates self-acceptance through play, relationship, mindfulness, and unconditional love.
