Professional statement

Sarah Bass is an experienced therapist in Colorado. Sarah’s practice, Sonder Services, serves clients who feel stressed, anxious, burnout, “stuck” or "lost" in their relationship with themselves or others, who are working to live with old wounds and traumatic experiences, or who are experiencing major life transitions such as retirement, career change, marriage, divorce, and death. She specializes in burnout, stress, anxiety management, and grief. She works with people who are hoping to create change and foster internal peace in their lives by deepening their self-awareness, exploring and managing their emotions, changing thought and behavior patterns that are no longer serving them, and reconnecting with themselves and others. She uses attached theory, as well as strength-based and goal-oriented strategies to help clients effectively manage your emotions, feel more engaged in their relationships, and to start living the fulfilling life they desire.
