Message to clients

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the state of Texas, supervised by Russ Bartee, Ph.D., LPC-S. I have experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, general burnout, LGBT+ identity, and academic challenges. I believe everyone deserves dignity, respect, and a safe place to communicate their feelings, regardless of religious, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Life can get heavy, but you don't have to carry it all alone.

I utilize Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients achieve therapeutic goals. With creative interventions, we can break apart overwhelming problems into manageable and actionable chunks. I also work with clients to identify existing support systems and resources to ensure self-sustaining positive change after therapy. Let's get you where you want to be by using what you've got.
