Sarah Goldman is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Spartanburg, South Carolina, who primarily works with women across the lifespan with a special focus on perinatal mood disorders. She also incorporates other approaches to therapy based on the client's needs and presenting problems as well as the client's personality as she understands we all need different things at different times in our lives. As a trauma-informed therapist, Sarah is sensitive to the influence of past trauma on present challenges wihtin a client's life and works closely with clients to reframe the narrative of their life in a way that increases self-confidence and self-compassion.

As a seasoned telehealth provider having started as a clinician in the Covid-19 pandemic era, she offers the convenience of remote sessions to help make therapy a core component of your self-care and wellbeing.
