Message to clients

You didn’t expect life to look like this. You may be feeling overwhelmed, disillusioned, or like your life is never going to change. You might feel disconnected from your friends, family, and maybe even yourself. But you don’t want to live your life this way anymore. You’re no longer happy with the status quo. Most of all, you’re ready to feel free and regain control of your life. Therapy can help you manage the stress in your life and create the life you want, whatever that may look like.

Clients come to me looking for a place where they can be themselves without judgment and connect with someone. Therapy should be a place where you can feel comfortable exploring what has led you to where you are today. No matter what, I’m here for my clients - guiding and supporting them through this journey.

As an EMDR and trauma therapist I believe that we all respond differently to stressors, whether they take us by surprise or whether we see them coming. The problems you face are unique to you so why shouldn’t the solutions? You won’t hear “just get over it” in our work because if it was that easy it would have happened already. Together we work together to reconnect you with yourself and with the life you want.
