Sarah Lahoski has received her masters at the University of Akron in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage Family Therapy. She has had over 10 years of intensive training with hypnotherapy focused on the potential of individuals. She has combined her background with Ayurvedic medicine to bring holistic perspective and healing for an individual. As a child she struggled with her gift of intuition and has now embraced what it has to offer her and others. She is aware that as one individual heals this is taken into their family and friends to make a deeper and positive change in the world. Each of us has a gift to share with the world that only you can do. Embrace yours today by releasing what no longer serves you.

Message to clients

In a constant changing world, more people are questioning what is really serving them in their life. The focus on the materialistic world has disconnected us from the truth of who we are. Often individuals feel alone and not sure how to start to make the changes they want in their life. This can be overwhelming when we feel there is no place to turn to.

This may not be a bad thing. This allows us to reach and expand in ways that have not been felt possible before. One of the first steps to embracing this change is healing and releasing what is blocking us from this. When we are feeling unlovable, unworthy, pressured to figure it out, wondering who we are and why we are here, it is hard to see our potential and truth. When our conditioning from our family, epigenetics, traumas and society are in front of us it is hard to see our light shine.

We are not conscious of what is usually there and that is why working in the unconscious can bring about such deep changes. When we become aware of the true beliefs and feelings based on lies, we can then choose what it is we do want instead of holding onto the pain. This expands the ideas within our consciousness of what could truly be!
