Dr. Sarah A. Miller offers virtual therapy and coaching to women in tech living in the state of California. She specializes in stress management, perfectionism, anxiety, imposter syndrome, and helping women in tech navigate the unique challenges they face.

Dr. Miller’s approach to both therapy and coaching are grounded in Evidence-Based and Online Practices which were honed during her time at the Department of Veterans Affairs, the largest employer of Psychologists and the preeminent practitioners of Evidence-Based Therapy in the country, and leaders in telehealth practices.

She served as a National Program Coordinator and Trainer in the Evidence-Based Psychotherapy (EBP) division where she was the first author for the manual for Problem Solving Training for hundreds of primary care psychologists across the country where the goal was to help people achieve maximum impact in the smallest amount of time. She practices a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Problem-Solving Therapy (PST).
