Professional statement

You want better relationships with your partner, your family, and most importantly, with yourself. Although you've found success in many areas of life, you're struggling to adjust to a recent life change like a move to a new place, the birth of a child, or the start or end of an important relationship. Maybe you've found yourself experiencing more stress than you're used to, you're close to burnout, or you find it really difficult to prioritize your own sense of well-being over others.

If any of this sounds familiar to you, I would love to talk with you and learn more about your goals. I work with adults and couples who are motivated to know themselves in a deeper and more compassionate way, and are ready to experience real success during their time in therapy. I can help you get un-stuck and create opportunities for you to tap into your own curiosity, compassion, and creativity so that you’re able to have the life and relationships that you want. My goal is for you to experience positive change from our first session together.

I have limited availability for telehealth appointments for adults and couples. Please reach out to inquire about current availability and schedule your first session!

*INSURANCE & MEDICAID NOT ACCEPTED*, however you may use credit cards or HSA/FSA cards to pay for your sessions.

Message to clients

As a therapist, I work from a strengths-based treatment approach, meaning that I work to help you identify and harness your unique strengths to help you achieve real change. My background and training are based in systemic family therapy, so I will view our work together in the context of your whole self: emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, and relational. I welcome all identities, family configurations, and backgrounds.

Most importantly, I want to know you as an individual and hear your story. I want to provide a space for you, or for you and your partner or spouse, to feel heard and understood.

If you are joining me as an individual client, you will have the opportunity to bring family members into your sessions throughout our time working together so that they can understand and help support your needs and desired changes.
