Message to clients

Life can be exhausting, whether it's dealing with stress, anxiety, insomnia, or all of the above. Talking to someone each week and learning skills that you can use in your every day life can make a huge difference in allowing you to be more present and enjoy your life more.

As part of the intake process, you and I will set goals of therapy together so we can periodically check in to make sure we are making progress. After the intake, I generally start each session by asking what’s on your mind for that day’s session. Therapy is a time for you to discuss your concerns with someone who can take a non-judgmental stance while helping you find ways to cope with your stressors.
