Whether you are facing specific challenges, navigating life transitions, or seeking personal growth, my approach centers on honoring your unique life experiences, strengths, and aspirations.

I believe that healing begins with a safe and trusting relationship. Our work together will be grounded in mutual respect, empathy, and transparency, where you are seen and heard without judgment. My goal is to help you build the resilience, self-awareness, and coping skills you need to thrive in all areas of your life.

I utilize a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based interventions. These methods are designed to address the root causes of distress, enhance your emotional well-being, and support your journey towards lasting change.

As a clinical social worker, I am committed to providing supervision fostering a supportive and reflective environment where supervisees can enhance their clinical skills, navigate challenges, and ensure ethical practice. My goal is to promote professional growth through regular feedback, case discussions, and personalized guidance tailored to each supervisee's development

Throughout our work, confidentiality is of utmost importance, and I am committed to maintaining a safe, secure environment where you can express yourself openly. Together, we will set goals that are meaningful and achievable, with a focus on your overall well-being and mental health.

I understand that seeking therapy can be a significant step, and I am here to provide guidance, validation, and support every step of the way. I look forward to partnering with you on this journey and helping you achieve a more fulfilling, balanced, and empowered life.
