Message to clients

Feeling burdened?

People come to therapy when they feel stuck, suffering, or passing through a life transition that shocks or baffles them. People come for help to learn to accept themselves or make changes in their lives. But, old habits get in the way of attaining goals, connecting with people, and enjoying the richness of life. There is therapeutic magic in understanding and expressing the internal parts of ourselves that feel in conflict. Here, you learn ways to quiet the inner dialogue enough so that you can feel free to listen and take action to promote your own well-being.

I currently conduct sessions in person and through video conference. Because every person is unique, I like to draw from a wide set of therapeutic methods to craft an individualized treatment approach. Regardless of the approach, clients experience a heartfelt sense of self-acceptance, self-trust, and a meaningful degree of real change.

Therapy has its greatest impact when you feel TRUST and connection with your therapist. I have a warm, patient, interactive, and accepting style. Working primarily with adults, I am skilled at helping people with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and trauma. I effectively help individuals advance career and academic goals and face those challenges.
