Professional statement

Selina practices person-centered therapy by understanding what each individual client needs and allowing them to direct the session as they see fit. Selina believes this allows clients to make the connections between their past and present, and rely on her for feedback and tools that will help them move forward. Her main goal is to help clients get the most out of their therapeutic journey by understanding what they want out of therapy, what they expect in terms of growth, and holding them accountable to their goals.

Message to clients

I give my clients a safe space to release the thoughts and emotions they have been holding in, process their trauma, and begin to understand how their past experiences have shaped their life. My hope is that my clients who come into our sessions carrying burdens or stress are able to leave with a sense of peace and reflection.
