See Selina's Details for:
Selina practices person-centered therapy by understanding what each individual client needs and allowing them to direct the session as they see fit. Selina believes this allows clients to make the connections between their past and present, and rely on her for feedback and tools that will help them move forward. Her main goal is to help clients get the most out of their therapeutic journey by understanding what they want out of therapy, what they expect in terms of growth, and holding them accountable to their goals.
