I have 4-years of experience working with those suffering from trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and other forms of issues. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to address a variety of issues. I provide EMDR therapy, CBT therapy, or DBT therapy depending on your needs. I believe what makes therapy successful is the relationship you form with your therapist. Therefore, my approach is to create a safe, and empowering environment for you to feel supported.
