Sepideh Hakimzadeh is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the owner of Whole Mother Therapy, a practice committed to serving the community’s parents and parents-to-be as they navigate the challenges that arise throughout the journey from conception to pregnancy and postpartum life. Sepideh understands that parents aren't meant to grow their families in isolation; as such, it is her hope that clients will find a nurturing, supportive resource at Whole Mother Therapy.
Sepideh believes in a wholistic approach to therapy – one which integrates the body and mind, the psyche and the unconscious. The core foundation of Whole Mother Therapy is a deep-rooted belief that no one should go through the life-changing process of trying to conceive, pregnancy, and postpartum alone. In order for individuals and couples to become the type of parents they wish to be, they need a welcoming space to work through insecurities and triggers; all of which they'll find in Whole Mother Therapy.
Sepideh's practice is located in Pasadena, with easy access from Lake Street and Old Town. For the sake of convenience, sessions can also be conducted via teletherapy or at home.
