Hi, I’m Shaelyn. Welcome to You Matter Holistic Healing.
I help women who are overwhelmed, stuck, or stretched too thin come home to themselves. If you're carrying old wounds, managing anxiety, caught in survival mode, or simply tired of holding it all together—you're not alone. And you don't have to keep doing it on your own.
At You Matter Holistic Healing, I support women ready to shift from performing and perfecting into living with more presence, purpose, and self-compassion. Together, we’ll explore the parts of you that learned to cope by over-functioning, pleasing, or pushing through—and gently make space for something new to grow.
I'm a holistic therapist (LMHC-A) and certified perinatal mental health provider (PMH-C), with advanced training in EMDR, trauma recovery, nervous system regulation, and inner healing work. Whether you're navigating anxiety, identity shifts, motherhood, or a deeper return to self, I offer soulful, trauma-informed support that meets you where you are.
I bring over two decades of experience in foster care, community mental health, and home-based therapy—and a deep belief in your wholeness. I currently offer in-person sessions in Cranston, RI and telehealth throughout Rhode Island, with a few sliding scale openings.
If you're looking for a grounded, compassionate place to heal and grow, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Healing is possible. You matter.
