Shakti Sutriasa(She/Her/Hers)

Shakti Sutriasa is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Florida, Massachusetts and Washington states with expertise in anxiety, trauma, self-esteem and female empowerment. Shakti specializes in working with adults navigating major life transitions – be it a career change and connecting to life purpose, relationship struggles, empty nest challenges, or grief. She has a knack for helping her clients hone in on the core issues that are causing pain and disharmony, and assists them in a compassionate, safe manner to release these old patterns.

Many of her clients lead outwardly successful lives yet secretly feel unfulfilled or inauthentic. She supports her clients in gaining clarity about what they really want. This entails identifying and releasing unconscious, limiting patterns that have been preventing them from experiencing deep satisfaction and joy. Once these patterns are cleared, new habits and practices are established to support her clients in stepping into authentic, fulfilling lives.

Shakti’s gentle approach immediately put clients at ease. She creates a safe space through HIPAA compliant tele-therapy that enables her clients to quickly establish trust. Her approach typically begins with a question: What do you want to be true for you? She then uses a combination of inquiry, somatic (body based) techniques, and skills to support her clients’ positive change and self-transformation. She is a certified Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET) provider, has completed trainings in mindfulness, EFT (tapping), and is a happiness and success coach. She has had an active spiritual practice since the 1990s, which has included studying with Hindu gurus, Buddhist teachers, and shaman, helping her deepen into her relationship with the Divine Mother. She currently teaches and studies the metaphysical text, A Course in Miracles, and is a popular meditation teacher on Insight Timer.
