Understanding that each stage of life presents unique stressors, Shanice works closely with clients to address both immediate concerns and underlying factors, helping them gain greater clarity, self-confidence, and emotional resilience.

Using a person-centered and cognitive-behavioral approach, Shanice tailors therapy to each client’s specific experiences and goals. By fostering a space where clients feel safe to express themselves openly, Shanice encourages honest self-reflection, skill-building, and growth. Clients are guided in developing tools to manage stress, process complex emotions, and foster healthy relationships, with an emphasis on practical, effective techniques that can be applied outside of sessions.

With a strong background and personal experience in infant loss, life transitions and overcoming people pleasing tendencies. Shanice has extensive experience in helping clients overcome these issues in a safe and non judgement space. Licensed and trained in tele-health practices, Shanice makes therapy accessible through remote sessions, creating flexibility for those balancing work, school, or personal obligations. Clients can book virtual appointments in Washington and Texas through contacting Shanice through phone or email.

Message to clients

Welcome! I'm so glad you're here, and I want you to know that reaching out is a powerful first step. As a Christian therapist, wife, mom, and entrepreneur, I know how life’s demands and challenges can affect our mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. My hope is to create a space where you feel safe, valued, and supported as you journey toward healing and wholeness.

In our sessions, I’ll meet you right where you are—whether you’re dealing with anxiety, grief, identity struggles, or just need a compassionate ear. I believe in blending clinically sound practices with a faith-based approach that respects your unique path and experiences. Together, we’ll explore the obstacles you're facing and the strengths you hold, working toward a renewed sense of purpose and peace.

I offer tele-health sessions for clients in Texas and Washington, so you can receive care right from home. My goal is to walk alongside you as you grow in confidence and clarity, embracing the fullness of who God created you to be. I’m honored to be a part of this journey with you.
