Message to clients

When you have a limited amount of time a week, spending it with someone you can enjoy recreating your life with matters. And what you have to tell me matters to me. Time is valuable and so are the relationships we choose to grow with, and the most important being the relationship with ourselves. I help people develop the kind of internal security and address old and new challenges so that life can be more accessible, alive, and fulfilling. You are in the right place and I look forward to working with you as you seek to create the life and/or relationships that are most aligned with your most authentic self.

What clients tell me matters, as well as how secure and safe you feel doing the work together. It’s a space to feel real human emotion and work through them even what they have not yet shared with anyone. This assures me that clients feel as though we are doing this together.

How comfortable you feel matters to me, and knowing that all that you have to say is held in confidence with your confidentiality is protected, often adds to what clients tell me makes them feel ready to open up many aspects of their life.

So as you consider choosing a therapist, if you landed here, you are in the right place to begin again, and I welcome helping you strengthen your life or love.

My Best,

Shantel
