Professional statement

Sharon works with clients who are aware they want to make a change in their life. She strives to support open-minded individuals who are willing to be challenged as much as they are supported. Her clients are looking for someone to root for them as they navigate through life transitions and work towards their goals.

Sharon specializes in LatinX mental health, LGBTQIA mental health, and addiction. She utilizes a trauma conscious lens as she combines talk therapy with embodied, expressive therapies to support their clients in reaching their goals.

Sharon believes therapy can be a really transformative space when we authentically show up for ourselves. Sharon truly feels honored to witness her client's life experiences as they reach they're goals.

Sharon is currently available via Telehealth and "Walk and Talk" mornings and weekends. Please be in touch if you think we could be a good fit.
