Professional statement

If life’s demands feel overwhelming, I offer a space where you can finally slow down, breathe, and turn inward. Together, we’ll explore the impact of your experiences, providing tools to process trauma with kindness and patience. I understand that as a driven individual in a demanding field, especially within ALANA or immigrant communities, burnout and feelings of disconnection can easily arise. Through our work, we’ll integrate mindful, body-centered practices to help you reconnect with your emotions and your body, grounding you in the present.

My therapeutic approaches align with your values and recognize the unique experiences of BIPOC and immigrant communities. Using mindfulness and expressive techniques, we’ll uncover insights about yourself and your relationships, supporting you as you navigate life’s changes with more clarity and confidence. Whether you’re managing the challenges of being first-generation, balancing career pressures, or seeking a deeper connection to yourself and your community, my approach offers a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can find calm, peace, and self-understanding.

I am currently available via Telehealth only.

Message to clients

Finding a therapist you genuinely connect with can feel daunting. Opening up to someone new, unsure if they can truly hold your experiences, is both brave and vulnerable. I am honored whenever clients feel a connection with me and are willing to share their stories. From our very first outreach, you can trust that I’ll honor that bravery and hold space for you with care.

My hope for our work together is to create a space where you feel fully supported, held, and encouraged to reach your goals. I’m here to provide guidance and accountability as you work toward meaningful changes. We’ll build a strong therapeutic relationship, focused not only on addressing the issues that brought you here but also on empowering you to deepen your self-understanding and connection to your goals.

Take the step to get the support you need and don’t hesitate to reach out. I’d love to answer any questions and see if we’re a good fit. I look forward to walking this path of growth with you.
