Sharon-Rose Alonzo works with older teens (16+) to adults and provides counseling for those experiencing depression, grief, anxiety, panic attacks, disassociation, and minority stress due to microaggressions/racial discrimination. Modalities include CBT, Somatic Therapy, Person-Centered and Trauma-Informed therapy. Sessions are held remotely.
