Message to clients

Namaste! I have a thriving interest in helping people reach their mental health goals and plans. My work with patients starts with developing a safe and supportive partnership where my patients feel comfortable to open up about their challenges and difficulties. Most of my focus has been working with children and adolescents in an educational setting. I have been a social worker for more than 9 years, providing individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, adults and seniors. I believe in the strengths-based perspective and applying it to help patients identify their strengths and building from there. Based on symptoms and diagnosis, we will discuss which type of psychotherapy will best suit you. There is a lot of power in having a safe space to be able to vent about your emotions, thoughts, and actions. My intention is to help patients feel comfortable discussing psychological symptoms that may be impeding them from having the life they truly desire.
