Professional statement

My clients describe Sierra as empathetic and someone who creates a safe environment where my clients can express their feelings and feel heard. She approaches each individual as unique with challenges that are specific to their needs. Sierra understands your concerns and stresses related to home, school, or work.

She will treat your emotional needs: anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, to name a few. She is empathetic and caring for her clients. Her goal is to help you focus on those vital issues and have a concrete plan to overcome them. No one will be judged for their situation.

Message to clients

I will listen to your unique situation and provide you with the appropriate therapeutic technique, such as Family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered, or strength-based. Each individual has unique challenges. I recognized that you may feel like therapy can be a one-way ordeal. Many of my clients have approached therapy with the same mindset. However, I am experienced and skilled to present a place of calm and openness to share your thoughts and concerns. My goal is to bring you to a safe space to feel heard. You should not have to feel that you have no one to help you through your challenges. I understand that you may have had trauma and disappointments in your past.

Together we will formulate the appropriate plan that will empower you to succeed. I will provide you with positive feedback and the tools necessary to achieve your goals. You will not feel as though you are tackling your issues alone. My passion is working with adolescents and teens and their families. Each person and family can be empowered to be their best version. I want to help teens and parents bond as one unit. If you feel your relationship has been damaged beyond repair, I want you to reach out to me. I believe strongly in a holistic approach that will strengthen those who feel vulnerable and helpless. You have the potential for inner healing and a sense of accomplishment. I look forward to being that therapist who empowers you to succeed.
