Professional statement

As a Licensed Master Social Worker, Siead offers therapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. Her approach is rooted in an individualized and supportive environment where clients can openly discuss their concerns, challenges and experiences. As mutual collaborators, you will explore and gain understanding around the challenges of life and identify more effective ways to navigate them.

Message to clients

Every individual is unique with a different life experience. Therapy with me is not about "fixing" my clients. It is about strengthening skills they already possess, and working collaboratively to develop new ones. You are the expert on you! I also incorporate a holistic view, considering not just mental health but also lifestyle, passions, and personal strengths, to support overall well-being. Humor can be an effective strategy to build rapport and ease the nerves that come with starting therapy.
