Professional statement

With over 25 years of experience as a therapist, coach, and executive, Stacey Cook knows firsthand the challenges that come with holding space and caring for others. She's lived the emotional weight, the trauma exposure, the deep rewards—and the exhaustion that can follow. Having walked that path herself, Stacey has developed fast-acting, deeply effective techniques that go beyond short-term relief—they help create real, lasting change and transformation.

Her approach is designed to strengthen clients’ internal systems, help them find balance and fulfillment, and buffer against the pressures that disrupt peace, calm, and clarity. Drawing on her experience as a woman, healer, leader, and executive, Stacey has tested and refined these tools herself to ensure they work in real life, not just in theory.

She works with a diverse range of clients and has a particular passion for supporting the LGBTQAI+ community—both individuals and couples. As someone who is also part of this community, Stacey offers an affirming, kind, and grounded space where clients can show up fully and be met with genuine understanding and care.

Among the techniques she uses are cognitive and behavioral therapies, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Wholeness Work, Core Transformation, HeartMath, and practices from her background as a Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer. These approaches are designed to help clients build resilience, access their internal resources, and live a more balanced, empowered life.

Message to clients

Welcome! I’m so happy you’ve found your way here, and I’m truly excited about the possibility of working together. Choosing the right therapist is such an important step, and I’d like to share a little about myself to help you make that decision. I received my Master's in Clinical Social Work from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2001, and since then, I've dedicated over 20 years to helping clients as a licensed therapist. My practice is centered on empowering women to overcome exhaustion, overwhelm, and to thrive, and I am deeply committed to being an affirming ally and member of the LGBTQIA+ community.

I have a rich understanding of the unique experiences and challenges faced by women, and I am passionate about guiding my clients as they navigate their journeys. With a focus on mindfulness and presence, my therapeutic approach emphasizes resilience, healing, and envisioning a brighter, more confident future. I incorporate cognitive and behavioral therapies, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Wholeness Work, Core Transformation, and my background as a Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer, along with my extensive experience as a healthcare practitioner and executive.

I look forward to meeting you and embarking on this transformative journey together!
