Professional statement

With over 25 years of experience as a therapist, coach, and executive, Stacey Cook has navigated the highs and lows of high-stress environments—just like many of her clients. She intimately understands the weight of exhaustion, overwhelm, and burnout that often accompanies a life devoted to healing and supporting others. Having walked this path herself, Stacey has discovered and developed unique, fast-acting techniques that don’t just provide relief but offer a pathway to profound transformation.

These techniques are crafted to help individuals access and enhance their internal operating systems, empowering them to build a resilient shield against external pressures that disrupt peace and productivity. Drawing on her experiences as a woman, healer, leader, and executive, Stacey has personally tested and refined these tools, ensuring their effectiveness in creating real, lasting change.

Among the techniques she uses are cognitive and behavioral therapies, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Wholeness Work, Core Transformation, HeartMath, and practices from her background as a Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer. These approaches are designed to help clients build resilience, optimize their internal resources, and achieve a balanced and empowered life.

Message to clients

Welcome! I’m so happy you’ve found your way here, and I’m truly excited about the possibility of working together. Choosing the right therapist is such an important step, and I’d like to share a little about myself to help you make that decision. I received my Master's in Clinical Social Work from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2001, and since then, I've dedicated over 20 years to helping clients as a licensed therapist. My practice is centered on empowering women to overcome exhaustion, overwhelm, and to thrive, and I am deeply committed to being an affirming ally and member of the LGBTQIA+ community.

I have a rich understanding of the unique experiences and challenges faced by women, and I am passionate about guiding my clients as they navigate their journeys. With a focus on mindfulness and presence, my therapeutic approach emphasizes resilience, healing, and envisioning a brighter, more confident future. I incorporate cognitive and behavioral therapies, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Wholeness Work, Core Transformation, and my background as a Certified Health Coach and Personal Trainer, along with my extensive experience as a healthcare practitioner and executive.

I look forward to meeting you and embarking on this transformative journey together!
