Professional statement

Stacie Brown is a licensed therapist committed to helping adults have more satisfying relationships with others as well as themselves. Many of her clients come into therapy with low self-esteem, fears of rejection and judgment, emotional reactivity, avoidance of the very things they want, and difficulty forming or maintaining satisfying relationships.

Stacie works with her client to heal patterns of unhelpful thinking and coping and has devoted her career to helping those with personality disorders (or family members). She helps clients rewire negative beliefs about themselves, use values-based coping strategies, and be in charge of their emotions. Many of her clients walk away with more fulfilling relationships, a greater sense of direction, and a deeper understanding of themselves.

Stacie believes in a customized approach and not a one-size-its-all. Every step you take is tailored to you and your needs. She approaches therapy with compassion, humor, nonjudgment, and is very down-to-earth. All sessions are conducted online and she invites you to contact her for a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs and see if you are a good match.
