I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and trained Sex therapist with experience working with individuals, couples and families. . I work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADD/ADHD, personality disorders, parenting concerns, separation/divorce, sexual/physical/emotional abuse, adolescent school and behavioral issues, workplace struggles, life transitions and loss & grief support. Throughout therapy we will work together to identify challenges, belief & behavior patterns that limit you and your relationships, identify ineffective communication patterns and look for opportunities to change.
My philosophy is one of kindness, transparency, and empowerment and I strive to create a meaningful therapeutic connection with my clients. I use a combination of therapy models and work with you to individually develop an effective, personalized approach to therapy. Sessions are a space where you can feel safe and open to explore whatever may be difficult or challenging for you, without judgment.
