Professional statement

Stacy Keller is a LPCA in South Carolina where she welcomes individual and couples in a warm, and inviting virtual environment. Stacy has a primary focus of working with individuals who have experienced symptoms of depression/anxiety, extensive trauma, and difficult relationships (both professional and personal) As a result patients bring to the session a chronic feeling of being "stuck" or feelings of worthlessness and hopelessness with the idea of a better quality of life. Many of her clients bring in symptoms which are making a daily impact on relationships, performance at work and family. By working on goals and purpose, together Stacy and her clients work on steady improvements.

Therapy sessions with Stacy Keller tend to focus on brief and solution focused problem solving while also involving new self care strategies which help balance mind and body. She helps clients build the skills to be their own expert for ongoing success even after all treatment goals are met.

Having served as a peer support counselor for several first responder organizations, Stacy is well versed and involved daily in the unique cultures involved in Law Enforcement, Fire, Dispatch, Coroners and health care working environments. Military (Active and Veteran) are a part of her personal and professional life. Whatever the color of your "line", Stacy can be a resource for you or your family's unique situations around the profession.

Stacy Keller is committed to maintaining an inclusive practice. All backgrounds should expect a judgement free, safe and open conversation during sessions.

Message to clients

I am thankful you have taken a moment to review my information and consider working with me for mental and emotional wellness. This can be both a comforting and intimidating process. If there is a question or concern you might have as you go through this journey; I invite you to reach out and ask. It is my goal to help you through the stress and discomfort that hopeful change can bring.

I primarily work in the evenings and Saturday morning to accommodate those with hectic working hours all from the virtual comfort of your home. I am not working with any insurance companies at this time. If fees are a concern - be transparent and let's talk! My belief and value is that health care can be accessible.

So, grab a cup of tea (sweet preferably) and let's chat. I am looking forward to helping you redefine what happiness, security, and hope can all look like

Warmest regards,

Anxiety - Coping with excessive worry, nervousness, or stress; intense discomfort in social settings (social anxiety); sudden and intense feelings of panic (panic disorder)
