Professional statement

Stephanie has 10 years of experience providing individual and group therapy. She believes in providing a supportive space for individuals who are used to helping others, such as caregivers and new parents. She believes that it takes a village- not just for children, but for everyone. As a social worker, military spouse, and mom, she knows how difficult it is to try to take on everything by yourself, which is why she feels passionate about helping connect people to their villages.

As a therapist, Stephanie helps clients identify triggers, set boundaries, and deal with anxiety. Her method is person-centered, so she tailors her approach to your needs and goals. Stephanie will recognize your strengths and build on them with cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other proven techniques.

Stephanie believes that everyone deserves to be heard and understood. Throughout the process, she will listen to your thoughts, feelings, and work with you on real solutions so you can live more peacefully in the present moment.
