Professional statement

Stephanie takes great pride in the therapeutic relationship and believes it is an imperative part for positive change throughout the course of therapy. Stephanie provides a healthy balance of encouraging self-awareness and understanding how past experiences can impact one’s future, while recognizing that humans are complex and it takes time to understand yourself on this level. Who you are and what you need will be validated in your sessions as she tailors her client’s treatment to meet them where they are.

Message to clients

I aim to create a space where every client feels understood, respected, and valued as an individual. We will work to gain clarity on the life events that have led to this moment and create a plan to help you overcome the mental blocks that may be holding you back. I will help guide you to understand yourself on a deeper level, so you can feel at peace with who you are, and where you have been. I am committed to holding you accountable in a compassionate and supportive manner as we work toward positive change.
