Professional statement

Stephanie Eldringhoff is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with offices in Bellevue and Issaquah, WA who specializes in Energy Psychology, trauma, life coaching, and anxiety, including generalized anxiety, PTSD, panic disorders, situational anxiety, and phobias. She sees both individuals and couples and works across cultures and age groups. She also helps business people and executives who are hitting walls in their professional life.

In addition to Energy Psychology, Stephanie is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Object Relations. She helps clients gain a better understanding of how the body expresses events and how trauma and/or anxiety is felt and stored in the body. She also strives to help clients create self-reliance by teaching them coping techniques that they can utilize in their daily life. In addition, Stephanie is a meditation teacher who is trained in Mindful-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). She takes an individualized approach and offers clients different self-soothing techniques based on her client’s goals and beliefs. She tends to utilize energy-based interventions with almost all of her clients, but her treatment approach looks different with every client.

Stephanie is dedicated to helping her clients reach their goals to live a happy, fulfilled life. With over 25 years of experience as a psychotherapist, she has a deep understanding of how problems are created and how to solve them. She is a National Consultant and trainer in the field of Energy Psychology. Stephanie and her office dog Bruiser look forward to meeting you.

Message to clients

Life has its ups and downs, and in the midst of those fluctuations, there often aren’t ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ answers. There are times when we all truly need help and support to navigate difficult challenges and choices. With the right guidance, it’s possible to process difficult feelings, become curious about the unknown, experience profound transformation and add to our life tool kit of skills and habits. In my psychotherapy practice, I specialize in working with worry, anxiety, panic, trauma (childhood and more recent events) and relationships. And sometimes people don’t need a psychotherapist but a coach to gain clarity on their goals, build a map to a brighter future and gain skills to get there. Working with me as a coach, you have the advantage of a coach who has deep psychological training. Regardless of our work together, therapy or coaching, it’s my aim to create a safe place for you to explore your life, to listen intently and truly understand your experience and perspective and provide you with real-world options that work best for you.
