Stephanie Eldringhoff is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with offices in Bellevue and Issaquah, WA who specializes in Energy Psychology, trauma, life coaching, and anxiety, including generalized anxiety, PTSD, panic disorders, situational anxiety, and phobias. She sees both individuals and couples and works across cultures and age groups. She also helps business people and executives who are hitting walls in their professional life.
In addition to Energy Psychology, Stephanie is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Object Relations. She helps clients gain a better understanding of how the body expresses events and how trauma and/or anxiety is felt and stored in the body. She also strives to help clients create self-reliance by teaching them coping techniques that they can utilize in their daily life. In addition, Stephanie is a meditation teacher who is trained in Mindful-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). She takes an individualized approach and offers clients different self-soothing techniques based on her client’s goals and beliefs. She tends to utilize energy-based interventions with almost all of her clients, but her treatment approach looks different with every client.

With over 25 years of experience as a psychotherapist, she has a deep understanding of how problems are created and how to solve them.
