Life can be full of challenges, and sometimes, those challenges can hold us back from feeling our best. Therapy is a space to explore life’s ups and downs, uncover what might be standing in your way, and find new ways to move forward.
As a therapist, my role is to support and guide you—helping you navigate your thoughts and emotions while working toward a more fulfilling and satisfying life. I take a compassionate, individualized approach, using harm reduction techniques and EMDR to help identify and reframe negative thought patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Everyone’s journey is unique, and I’m here to understand your story, provide a safe and supportive space, and equip you with tools to help you build the life you envision. Together, we’ll work toward emotional stability and meaningful growth—at a pace that feels right for you.
