She is grounded in humanistic therapy which is seeing the person first. She also pulls from other approach's. She have worked with individuals who have experienced trauma during their life time. She trained in EMDR for any individual who have experienced PTSD trauma, or complex trauma. Family therapy through Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).

You are the expert as yourself and my job is support you in becoming the best person you want to be. I'll be your cheerleader, coach, guide, mentor, and etc. to help reach your goal.
