Stephanie is passionate about helping clients decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression, communicate more effectively, improve their sex lives, and disrupt negative relational patterns. In working with couples and individuals, she utilizes attachment-focused EMDR, mindfulness, and relational tools to helps clients heal. The goal is not just increased insight but cultivating a different emotional experience that can benefit all aspects of life.

Stephanie helps couples move towards both deeper attachment and eroticism in their relationship by building on existing strengths. Couple members will begin to feel closer, have better sex, and develop the tools to communicate effectively.
