Message to clients

Everyone has their own strengths and tools to get through difficult times and to grow. During times of hardship and stress we often lose sight of the assets we possess. I am committed to empowering my clients and helping them navigate through the toughest of storms. We do this through identifying and building upon the strengths and tools folks already possess, teaching new skills to manage whatever challenges they are struggling with, and identifying and addressing where these difficulties are rooted in.

My goal as your therapist is to make you feel comfortable, respected, accepted, supported, and hopeful. I am direct, passionate and personable, and will always strive to create a therapeutic space for you to share your story and facilitate growth and wellness.

I highly value your willingness to engage in therapy, and am honored to embark on this journey with you. Please message me if you would like to make an appointment or to ask any questions that you may have. I look forward to our work together.
