I have a broad set of life experiences combined with the necessary knowledge and utilization of several therapy techniques to help you live the life you desire. I am an engaged therapist that will work with you as you face the challenges of daily stressors, decision-making, anxiety, depression, addiction and many other issues. I provide a safe place to share these difficult feelings in a non-judgmental setting. Through talk therapy, you will increase your awareness and make changes to better your life. My role is to listen, help you utilize coping skills, guide you through crisis and difficult times and empower you in order to live your life in a healthy way.
