Message to clients

My goal is to help you achieve your therapy goals to help you lead a happier, more fulfilling life. I practice under what is known as the systems theory which means that I see my clients from a holistic approach and consider all the factors in their life that may be impacting their mental health and overall well being.

I am also pretty proactive in session which means I often offer insights and ask questions versus being a passive listener. However, I fully acknowledge there are time in therapy when listening and validating a client's experience are needed.
