Message to clients

I will collaborate on long term goals but always be open in each session to discuss what is on your mind now. You can expect to feel like you have a partner in your well being and mental health who hears you and is committed to working with you to live your best life by being the best version of yourself.

My clients have expressed that their sessions with me leave them feeling cathartic and as feeling a real human connection with someone who cares about their well-being. I take a genuine interest in clients as human beings and not just as a “client”. I work very hard to ensure that therapy feels authentic with a natural and productive flow.

If you are feeling stuck and want more from your life than the same painful and frustrating patterns, let’s chat so that I may better understand your needs and collaborate with you to come up with the best, long term solutions for you to feel energized and have more control over your life and it’s outcomes!
