Message to clients

When you know things in your life need to shift. When you believe the time is right to talk with someone about your struggles. When you have a yearning to move from where you are now to where you would like to be. These are good indications that therapy may be helpful.

My approach to therapy is based in relationship. I commit to listening deeply and checking to make sure I am understanding well. I provide perspective and assist with exploration of both struggles and strengths. My hope is to help with gaining insight into the current situation and moving toward change, growth, resolution.

Considering therapy can be intimidating. Beginning the process often requires courage. The benefits are real and are worth the investment in time and energy. The match of the right therapist to help you toward your goals is important. If you are considering starting therapy and would like to talk together to see if I might be a good match for you, please send me a message.
