Dr. Susan Spicer specializes in helping individuals heal from trauma and narcissistic abuse. She is a licensed psychologist, neuropsychological expert, certified brain health coach, and trauma therapist. Dr. Spicer has been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) through the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA), and she has been trained in clinical hypnosis through the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis (ASCH). Her professional background includes 12 years of clinical experience in the Family Court system, Community Mental Health facilities, and shelters for battered women and children. She is a former team member of the Epilepsy Unit of the Department of Neuroscience and Behavioral Medicine at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. For a decade, Dr. Spicer conducted forensic neuropsychological evaluations of inmates in prison and testified in Court about her findings.
