Are you experiencing the difficulties of navigating grief, internal conflicts, navigating your relationships or are experiencing significant changes or wrestling with your feelings of being "stuck"? Whether you're dealing with pains of losing a loved one, loss of bodily autonomy, stress around aging, the changes in a familial or romantic relationships, anxiety of immigration, or exploration of your sexuality and gender identity. Your intersecting identities of your social, religious, political, gender, and cultural diaspora will always be considered as part of who you are and what you need.

I have provided care to clients in hospice/palliative care and foster care/adoption settings. Experience in providing support to medical professionals, those with chronic illness, individuals within immigration, 2S/LGBTQAI+/QTPOC communities and third cultured children, and 65+ individuals.

You are the expert of your own journey, and my sessions will be a safe space for you to openly explore your thoughts and feelings in an open and interactive environment.
