She graduated from Southern Connecticut State University in 1999. Early on, she worked with court mandated families doing in home family therapy for reunification and preservation. She’s been in private practice ever since. Today, she splits her time between private practice and a local group practice.
Suzanne works with individual adults, many who are empaths. She specializes in integrating conventional therapy with energy work and spirituality. Suzanne’s clients come in to address anxiety, depression, dysfunctional relationships, low self-esteem, unhealthy boundaries and many other concerns. She is particularly passionate about serving people who are motivated to change and want more peace and clarity in their lives.
Suzanne is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), systems therapy, structural therapy, Gestalt and mindfulness. She has advanced training in energy work and spirituality. In session she explores unhealthy patterns and programs that show up as emotional or mental challenges. She then helps clients create healthier mindsets and behaviors. Outside of work, Suzanne enjoys the beach, learning about plant-based medicines, listening to live music, dancing, swimming, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
