Professional statement

Suzi Sena is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Simsbury, Connecticut. She specializes in anxiety, depression, grief, career counseling, and life transitions.

When clients come to see Suzi, they are frequently feeling stuck in their current situation -- this could be related to their job, family issues, or various aspects across their personal life. Having worked in a number of fields, Suzi brings a deeply practical element when helping clients think about career goals.

Suzi takes a holistic approach to treatment, often encouraging clients to explore possible root causes of their current patterns or situations in order to see the fuller picture. Having a greater understanding of each client’s situation allows her to provide suitable, deeply beneficial treatment.

Suzi’s practice is open to older adolescents and adults across the lifespan. No matter their age or background, she cares deeply for each of her clients, and hopes that their time together reconnects them with their inner compass – so that they’re guided to their best versions of themselves.
