Tabitha Ford is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NY. Tabitha has experience working with individuals who struggle with varying degrees of neurodiversity, substance abuse, trauma, codependency issues, grief, loss ,coping with change and so much more. While Tabitha is open to working with all individuals, she specializes in working with young adults, new moms, and couples. She assists her clients with navigating difficult life transitions such as graduating school, navigating the workforce, grieving a recent relationship, marriage, new parenthood, and/or recovery from addiction or a mental health episode.

She also helps her clients recognize how unresolved family and relationship conflicts may affect their emotional well being.
