Message to clients

I specialize in helping teens, adults, couples and families who struggle with anxiety, depression, communication, marriage and relationship issues, stress management and more. I am passionate about my job because I get to help people who have difficult problems take the necessary steps to make their lives and relationships become better, more productive, and easier.

While many therapists remain passive, I take pride in taking an active role throughout the therapeutic process, joining in and collaborating with my clients rather than being a quiet participant. I believe that direct feedback is an essential component in helping facilitate change in a safe environment, while still honoring and respecting every client’s boundaries. I have seen lives change through therapy and I am committed to helping facilitate that change for you.
