Many of Taylors clients navigate feelings of anxiety, unworthiness, depression, and burnout that have become too much, and are negatively impacting their work and relationships. She works with clients to process emotions and learn new tools/coping strategies to their heal relationships with themselves and others.
Taylors therapeutic approach integrates traditional talk therapy with mindfulness and research based interventions. Sessions are tailored to fit the unique concerns of each client. She draws from her training in Accelerated Experimental Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), PACT, Gottman Marital Therapy, and other modalities, in order to help clients access their internal resources and find healing and fulfillment.
Taylor is committed to creating a safe space that welcomes you just as you are. She is sex positive, LGBTQ+ affirming, HAES aligned, and supportive of non-traditional relationships. In addition to her office in Austin, Texas, Taylor offers the flexibility of remote therapy sessions, and welcomes new clients to her online practice. She charges $125 for 50 minute sessions.
