Taylor employs a variety of different therapeutic approaches, depending on her clients needs. Some of the modalities that she is well versed in are Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic and Somatic Work. Each of these approaches have different uses in your healing journey. Taylor works to help her clients with coping mechanisms as well as finding the root of the concern and processing through that in order to achieve healing.
Taylor offers a welcoming environment for her clients and the opportunity to build a relationship that will best suit the needs of her clientele. She has a non-judgemental approach and is an ally for the LGBTQ+ community. Taylor wants her clients to be able to find their own voice and work through what they are going through. Taylor has experience working with clients who are suffering from Domestic Violence as well as conducting therapy in a group setting for teens and adults alike.
Taylor wants to make sure her clients feel heard and safe, so she offers both in-person and telehealth sessions. She is located at Epic Discoveries in Grand Rapids, MI and is available for you and your specific needs.
